WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT?
You may visit our Site without providing any personal information. However, in order to use certain Site features, you may be required to provide personal information.
For example, when you register with our Site, sign up for our newsletter, enter a sweepstakes, contest or other promotion, submit a rebate or coupon request, or communicate with us through our “Contact Us” page, we will collect your full name and contact information. We may also ask you to provide, or you may choose to provide, information about your hobbies, interests, product preferences and experiences, and past purchases. We use this information to manage and administer your online account, provide our newsletter and other information you request, respond to your inquiries, administer sweepstakes, contests and promotions, and process coupons and rebates.

We receive and store certain types of Automatic Information whenever you interact with us. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information using physical, electronic or procedural security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information in our custody or control, which may include safeguards to protect against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. We will not be responsible for disclosure of any information due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties.
CAN I ACCESS OR CORRECT MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
The file containing your personal information will be maintained on Spectrum’s servers or those of its service providers. Your right to access or correct your personal information is subject to applicable legal restrictions. We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
DO I HAVE ANY CHOICES REGARDING THE INFORMATION COLLECTED?
You may withdraw your consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information at any time, subject to contractual and legal restrictions, and reasonable notice. If you withdraw your consent to certain uses or disclosures of your personal information, we may no longer be able to provide certain of our products or services. Children under the age of 13 may not use or access Site without the consent and authorization of a parent or legal guardian. We do not intentionally gather information from children who are under the age of 13.

Spectrum and its service providers may be located outside of Canada, including in the United States, Mexico, Germany, or the United Kingdom.
